I have known Enez and her cakes for many years. From my first visit I still remember the cake that she had created for a customer's birthday; it looked like a red Porsche. She is one of the best kept secrets in our area because she prices her luscious custom-made cakes so reasonably. Each cake is baked from scratch with real eggs, never from commercial mixes, and produced in her commercial kitchen. Visitors come to her home for consultations.

Enez always loved baking and decorating cakes. First she made the cakes for family and friends, then taught cake decorating and candy making for ten years before she started her own company in 1976. She still loves baking and puts so much effort in every single cake. In her portfolio you can follow the trends of our times: children’s birthday cakes decorated with motifs from Disney characters, to Ninja Turtles, to Barney and dinosaurs. For adults there are bingo games, cowboy hats, and arenas with wrestlers. You can choose between bridges and stairs for traditional wedding cakes, or between stacked cakes or cakes on contemporary stands for more fashionable ones. With some of her props Enez can even create a cake looking like a mission. She can copy just about everything, if you bring her a recipe or picture of your desired cake. Real flowers or flowers from royal icing or gum paste are used to decorate the wedding cakes.

Most of her clients seem to become longtime customers. For one of them she made all the wedding and special occasion cakes over the past years. They rave about the wonderful moist cakes and the many compliments they get from their guests. Peers additionally comment on the professionalism and the punctuality and express the high respect they have for Enez as a baker and a business woman.
